Project Summary

BC Construction Group (BCCG) embarked on a rebrand to modernize their visual identity while honoring their 15-year legacy of integrity, quality, and reliability. The goal was to reflect the company’s growth, adaptability, and forward-thinking leadership, while also marking a major cultural milestone—their transition to an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). The new identity needed to resonate across BCCG’s diverse client base in industries ranging from education to manufacturing, all while reinforcing their reputation for precision and professionalism.

In this project, four distinct brand identity concepts were explored, each designed to address BCCG’s need for a contemporary, versatile system while remaining rooted in their core values. The directions varied in approach—from emphasizing strength and structure to highlighting unity, adaptability, and innovation—yet all conveyed a sense of professionalism and trust. By presenting multiple strong concepts, BCCG was provided with a comprehensive foundation to guide their future brand evolution.
